Kynd was founded by Paida Dedza, whose background in psychology and technology recruitment sparked a lifelong curiosity about what drives people and how the right environment unlocks their best work. That curiosity led her deep into the world of talent, where she spent years hiring for some of the world’s leading technology brands. Along the way, she learned what worked… and more importantly, what was broken.

The old recruitment agency model was broken. Transactional. Impersonal. Blind to what really mattered. Brilliant people wanted mission driven work. Founders and leaders wanted the right talent. Yet the two rarely connected.

And like that, Kynd was born to bridge the gap.
